Post-Secondary Educational Leadership Working Remotely During a COVID-19 Pandemic in Saskatchewan, Canada: Exploring Best Practices, Experiences, and the New Normal Post-Pandemic

This mixed methods research design focuses on post-secondary institutions in Saskatchewan, Canada, its employees’ experiences of working remotely, and the impact global COVID-19 pandemic school leadership. Presented are perceived challenges as well benefits new workplace since crisis. Administrative instructional leadership had changed dramatically. Most identified their quality work better or same because having fewer distractions, interruptions, less wasted time at workplace. The participants’ interviews survey responses describe necessary adaptation, flexibility, mental health wellness, accountability, workload intensification, future expectations once is over.
